Interventions

Control Group:Routine rehabilitation and nursing, rehabilitation plan was made according to the results of hand function evaluation. Implement joint loosening training.
Intervention Group:Intervention Group: Conventional Rehabilitation plus Thumbtack Needle Therapy Based on conventional rehabilitation and nursing care, thumbtack needle therapy will be administered.
Combined Intervention Group:On the basis of the thumbtack needle group, Chinese medicine fumigation treatment and nursing were implemented.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Hospitalized patients with interphalangeal joint stiffness within 6 months after trauma ; ( 2 ) Finger tendon injury after 4 weeks of removal of external fixation ; ( 3 ) patients whose internal fixation was removed 6 weeks after phalanx fracture surgery ; ( 4 ) patients with unilateral hand injury ; ( 5 ) Language communication is normal, voluntary participation in researchers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Severe damage to the interphalangeal joint surface ; ( 2 ) patients who changed the treatment method due to the change of disease condition ; ( 3 ) The wound at the acupoint is not healed, affecting the operator ; ( 4 ) Study the voluntary quitters.
