Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Experimental group: 1 Meet diagnostic criteria for non-specific neck pain with primary neck symptoms and a history of prolonged forward head posture during study/work; 2 Age 18-40, any gender (=1 gender difference); 3 Willing to avoid other interventions during the study. Control group: 1 No history of neck trauma; 2 No significant neck pain history despite prolonged forward head posture; 3 Age 18-40, any gender (=1 gender difference).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Cervical instability from congenital defects, trauma, tumors, tuberculosis, rheumatoid arthritis, or iatrogenic causes; 2 Severe cervical degeneration with osteophytes, narrowed disc space, or ligament calcification; 3 Spinal infections, fractures, tumors, tuberculosis, severe osteoporosis, ankylosing spondylitis; 4 Contraindications for MRI (claustrophobia, ferromagnetic implants); 5 Special populations: pregnancy, lactation, visual/hearing/speech impairments, intellectual/mental disorders; 6 Severe skin lesions or allergies to ultrasound coupling agents at intervention sites.
