Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for gastric ulcer, confirmed by gastroscopy; 2) Tested positive for Helicobacter pylori infection by 13C-urea breath test within one week prior to enrollment; 3) Aged between 18 and 65 years old; 4) Has not previously received Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy; 5) The patient and their family have given informed consent and signed the informed consent form; 6) Able to cooperate and complete the entire treatment process and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients allergic to the medications used in this study (Jinghua Weikang, colloidal bismuth citrate, amoxicillin, doxycycline, vonoprazan); 2) Patients with concomitant gastric malignant lesions (such as gastric cancer); 3) Patients with malignant tumors in other locations; 4) Patients with severe diseases of vital organs such as the heart, liver, kidneys, or brain, who cannot tolerate treatment; 5) Pregnant or breastfeeding women; 6) Patients with impaired consciousness, mental illness, etc., who cannot cooperate with the study; 7) Patients who have used other medications affecting Helicobacter pylori detection or gastric ulcer treatment within the past week; 8) Patients with incomplete data that prevents effective statistical analysis.
