Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Meet the diagnostic criteria for ITP (Immune Thrombocytopenia) 2: Possess complete and relatively thorough medical case records, including symptoms, treatment methods, and medication prescriptions, with at least one follow-up visit recorded 3: For follow-up cases, if the pattern differentiation and treatment at the follow-up differ from the initial visit, and the case still meets the aforementioned diagnostic criteria, it shall be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Not meeting the diagnostic criteria for ITP (Immune Thrombocytopenia) . Patients with severe impairment of liver and kidney function . External use of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) preparations . Incomplete medical record documentation . Prescriptions from patients with more than 10 visits
