Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years old; 2. Meets the diagnostic criteria of "Community-acquired Pneumonia Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines"; 3. No antibiotic treatment was used within 14 days prior to enrollment; 4. Patients can have other diseases simultaneously, but no special treatment is required during the treatment period, and it does not affect the primary diagnosis; 5. Clinical Pulmonary Infection Score (CPIS) > 6 points; 6. The patient has given informed consent and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Along with other pulmonary diseases such as pulmonary edema, tuberculosis, pulmonary vascular inflammation, etc.; 2. Suffering from neoplastic diseases; 3. Patients with liver and kidney dysfunction as well as cardiovascular diseases; 4. Patients allergic to the drugs in this study; 5. Special groups such as pregnant or lactating women, minors, and individuals with mental disorders, etc.; 6. Patients with severe pneumonia.
