Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy; ASA physical status class I–III; Age between 18 and 65 years; Body mass index (BMI) between 30 and 55 kg/m²; Provision of written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Coagulation disorders; Psychiatric or neurological disorders; Communication difficulties.
