Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants must meet all of the following criteria to be eligible for inclusion in this study: (1) Residing in an area with an altitude = 2500 meters; (2) Age between 18 and 60 years old; (3) Possessing basic reading and writing skills and able to complete the questionnaire independently; (4) Voluntarily participating in this study and signing the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any subjects meeting any of the following criteria will be excluded: (1) Subjects diagnosed with insomnia in plain areas; (2) Patients with severe somatic diseases or mental disorders.
