Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosis: Within 72 hours, a hearing loss of 20dB or more in two or more adjacent frequencies; (2) Subjects aged 18 to 64 inclusive; (3) Unilateral hearing loss; (4) Patients who seek medical attention with onset time =72 hours; (5) No contraindications to the medications used in the treatment plan; (6) Subjects who have not participated in other ongoing clinical studies; (7) Subjects who have completed the signing of the informed consent form and voluntarily participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) In the event of bilateral sudden deafness, diseases caused by systemic factors should be considered; (2) Subjects with impaired consciousness, unable to accurately express discomfort symptoms, and those suffering from mental illnesses; (3) Patients with external and middle ear diseases, Meniere's disease, acoustic neuroma, and other lesions; (4) Subjects with progressive malignant tumors and/or other severe debilitating diseases, who are prone to infections and bleeding; (5) Subjects with severe primary diseases of the cardiovascular and cerebrovascular systems, liver, kidney, digestive system, and hematopoietic system;
