18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects eligible for inclusion in this study must meet all of the following criteria: (1) Residing in an area with an altitude of =2500 meters; (2) 18 years = age = 60 years; (3) Having basic reading and writing skills and being able to independently complete the questionnaire; (4) Voluntarily participating in this study and signing the informed consent form; (5) Meeting the diagnostic criteria for insomnia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any subject meeting any of the following criteria will be excluded: (1) Subjects diagnosed with insomnia in plain areas; (2) Patients with severe physical diseases or mental disorders; (3) Patients with severe anxiety or depression (SDS =73 points, SAS =70 points); (4) Subjects who have regularly taken sedative-hypnotic or other sleep aids, or antidepressant and anti-anxiety medications within the past month; (5) Subjects currently participating in other clinical trials for interventions targeting insomnia; (6) Other subjects deemed unsuitable for participation in the clinical trial by the investigators for any reason.
