Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for military training induced knee pain; (2) Personnel category: active duty military and civilian personnel; (3) Age range: 18-40 years old, male or female not limited; (4) VAS score = 4 points; (5) The patient is informed of the treatment plan and signs an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe meniscus injury, cruciate ligament injury of the knee joint, abnormal anatomical structure of lower limb bones, and intra-articular fractures; (2) Bone tumors, bone tuberculosis, neurovascular injuries, infections, rheumatoid arthritis, etc; (3) History of knee joint surgery; (4) Patients with combined blood disorders and heart, brain, liver, and kidney function injuries; (5) Pregnant or lactating women; (6) Patients with mental illness and infectious diseases; (7) Patients who have received intra-articular injection of cortical hyaluronic acid or steroids, taken analgesic drugs or hormones, and received acupuncture and moxibustion or rehabilitation treatment 1 week before treatment.
