30 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals diagnosed with RA or healthy individuals; 2. Have not taken any medication in the past month; 3. Gender, age between 30 and 75 years; 4. Capable of providing informed consent and signing relevant documents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not meet the diagnostic criteria for the aforementioned diseases; 2. Patients with acute infections; 3. Patients with tumors; 4. Patients who have received other treatments within the past month; 5. Patients with joint deformities who are unable to care for themselves; 6. Patients with other rheumatic diseases; 7. Patients with impairments in heart, liver, or kidney function; 8. Pregnant women or women in the lactation period; 9. Patients with digestive system diseases, intestinal diseases, or recent use of medications that affect gut microbiota, such as antibiotics or probiotics.
