Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who have been clearly diagnosed with colorectal adenoma through electronic colonoscopy and histopathology; (2) Those diagnosed by traditional Chinese medicine as having phlegm, turbidity and blood stasis obstruction syndrome; (3) Aged between 18 and 75; (4) Those who voluntarily participate in this clinical study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with a history of hereditary polyposis, inflammatory bowel disease, or combined with a history of digestive system malignancies; (2) Those with a history of digestive organ surgery (except for hemorrhoid surgery); (3) Those with a history of allergy to the study-related drugs; (4) Those with unstable vital signs; (5) Pregnant women or women planning to become pregnant within 3 months after medication, lactating women; women of childbearing age or their spouses who are unwilling to take adequate contraceptive measures during the medication period and within 3 months after the medication; (6) Those with severe primary diseases such as heart, lung, liver, kidney, and brain; (7) Those with a bleeding tendency or those who have been taking anticoagulant drugs for a long time and cannot stop taking them; (8) Those who are unwilling to accept long-term follow-up or frequently move or change their work locations; (9) Those who have participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before screening or are currently participating in other drug clinical trials.
