Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Group A Healthy Group: In good physical condition, without severe chronic diseases; clinically evaluated to have no discomfort symptoms in the right forearm; with good expressive ability and voluntarily participating in this experiment. Group B Disease Group: Meeting the diagnostic criteria and the inclusion criteria of the healthy group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those with poor expressive ability who still fail to meet the requirements after training; those who are overly sensitive to metal and acupuncture needles, or have a fear of acupuncture needles, which affects the perception of deqi; those with previous old diseases in the right forearm that affect the examination; those with structural deformities in the right forearm found by ultrasound that affect comparison; those with poor display of the needle tip during ultrasound monitoring.
