Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: migraineur Inclusion criteria:1.Met the diagnostic criteria for migraine and had no other primary or secondary causes of headache; 2. The duration of the disease is longer than 3 months and the frequency of headache is not less than 15 times per month; 3.Age: 18-65 years old; 4. Right-handed; 5.Have not received electroacupuncture treatment or other preventive treatment for nearly 1 month and have no long-term habit of taking analgesic drugs; 6. Hamilton depression -24 score no higher than 35 and Hamilton anxiety -14 score less than 21; 7.No experience of acupuncture and similar therapies.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Migraine patients: 1.combined with other neurological or psychiatric disease history and family history or 3 months did not take psychotropic drugs and vasoactive drugs;2. Claustrophobia MRI scanning contraindications such as metal implants in the body acupuncture dizziness serious underlying diseases; 3.Education level below high school; 4. There are acute skin and subcutaneous tissue infections allergic manifestations and unhealed wounds at the site of acupuncture; 5.Use of psychoactive or potentially affecting brain function in the last 3 months (including but not limited to antidepressants sleeping pills).
