21 Years to 42 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals suffering from infertility and undergoing IVF-ET; 2. Individuals aged between 21 and 42 years old; 3. Participants with AFC < 5 and AMH < 1.2 ng/mL; 4. Individuals who have signed the informed consent, voluntarily participate in this study, and actively cooperate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)BMI=28Kg/m2 2) Infertility caused by chromosomal karyotype abnormalities and genetic factors in both parties 3) Suffering from polycystic ovary syndrome, endometriosis, hyperprolactinemia, uterine fibroids and gynecological diseases; Congenital or acquired uterine developmental abnormalities and other contraindications to assisted reproductive technologies; 4) Have used any steroid hormone drugs in the first 3 months of the trial 5) The female party suffers from serious systemic diseases (physical or mental) that cannot withstand pregnancy; Previous history of radiation and chemotherapy 6) Participants in other clinical trials
