Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age = 18 years; 2) Laboratory-confirmed diagnosis of monkeypox virus infection; 3) Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Presence of severe underlying diseases such as heart brain lung liver kidney and hematologic system disorders including decompensated liver disease (such as primary biliary cirrhosis Child-Pugh B or C or acute liver failure) hemophilia unstable diabetes with severe complications mental disorders cancer etc.; 2) Body mass index (BMI) = 30 [BMI = weight (kg) ÷ height² (m²)]; 3) Pregnant or breastfeeding women
