Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with CKD with stage 3-5 (non-dialysis) and TCM evidence of kidney deficiency and turbid toxin aged 18-80 years old both male and female; 2. Patients who have attended Professor Zhou Enchao's outpatient clinic regularly for =4 times and whose treatment includes Su Yin Detoxification Formula/Su Yin Detoxification Granules and who have been taking the medication for =12 weeks; 3. Renkang suppositories should be used for 4 weeks for one course of treatment and for 3 or more consecutive courses of treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Using renal failure granules uremic acid granules and proprietary Chinese medicines with renal preservation effect developed by outside hospitals during the treatment period. 2. Those who have their own combined intestinal diseases (e.g. inflammatory bowel disease etc.) or those who have undergone intestinal surgery (e.g. colorectal tumour resection enterostomy etc.); 3. Women during pregnancy and lactation; 4. With a combination of serious primary diseases of the heart brain liver and haematopoietic system or other serious diseases that affect their survival; 5. Suspected or confirmed history of alcohol or drug abuse; 6. Allergy such as a history of allergy to two or more drugs or food; or known hypersensitivity to the ingredients of this drug.
