22 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria of "male infertility" and "asthenospermia" in Western medicine and possesses both of these diagnoses; (2) Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation conforms to kidney deficiency syndrome; (3) Male aged between 22 and 45 years old; (4) Married with harmonious marital and family relationships; (5) Sperm DNA Fragmentation Index (DFI) = 23%; (6) Individuals without other organic lesions in the reproductive system; (7) Individuals who have not received treatment with similar drugs or other therapies within 2 weeks prior to the study; (8) Understand the research content and sign the informed consent form. Those who meet the above 8 criteria will be included in the study otherwise they will not be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) According to the 5th edition of the Laboratory Manual for Human Semen Testing and Processing except for sperm total motility<40% and forward moving sperm<32% there are other abnormalities in semen testing; (2) Patients with a family history of genetic diseases; (3) Suffering from diseases such as varicocele and prostatitis that lead to decreased sperm quality; (4) Patients with active infections; (5) Patients with severe primary diseases such as cardiovascular liver kidney and hematopoietic systems; (6) Patients with mental disorders; (7) Patients who have long-term and heavy smoking and drinking habits or are exposed to high temperatures radiation and toxic chemical environments and cannot change or give up; (8) Allergic constitution and individuals who are allergic to multiple medications. Meeting any of the above criteria is considered to meet the exclusion criteria and requires exclusion.
