Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18-60 years, regardless of gender. (2) Diagnosed with acute military training injuries according to the 'PLA Military Training Injury Prevention and Treatment System Construction Specification (Trial)' and classified using the PLA (2001) standard. (3) Good health status with no severe diseases of vital organs (heart, lung, spleen, kidney, etc.). (4) Informed consent obtained, voluntary participation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with shock, massive hemorrhage, fractures, gunshot wounds, open injuries, or nerve damage. (2) Severe metabolic/endocrine diseases (uncontrolled by medication). (3) Pregnant or lactating women. (4) Substance abusers. (5) Concurrent medication use or participation in other trials during treatment. (6) Patients unsuitable for objective evaluation of treatment efficacy/safety.
