Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age and gender are unrestricted; participants must meet the disease diagnostic criteria; no prior treatment before admission; complete clinical records required for this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects with a clear diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis or cirrhosis and inability to obtain clinical data; patients with fulminant hepatic failure (with or without hemolytic anemia) and decompensated cirrhosis; pregnant or breastfeeding women, or women intending to become pregnant; patients with other severe diseases (e.g., malignant tumors, hematopoietic system disorders).
