Interventions
Treatment Group 1:Only provide swallowing exercise therapy.
Treatment Group 2:In addition to swallowing exercise therapy, a leucine-enriched diet should be supplemented twice daily, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.
Treatment Group 3:In addition to swallowing exercise therapy and a regular diet supplemented with leucine, massage is administered at the following acupoints: Tian Tu (CV22), Lian Quan (CV9), Cheng Ji

60 Years to 100 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Age = 60 years 2: Dysphagia due to stroke 3: Stable condition, alert, able to communicate verbally and in writing in Mandarin 4: Consent to participate in this study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Severe medical condition 2: Impaired consciousness or cognitive dysfunction 3: Complications involving serious diseases of the heart, lungs, brain, etc. 4: Swallowing disorders caused by brain injury, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, etc.
