Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Western medicine diagnosis: Meeting the diagnostic criteria for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) as defined in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (2013 Revised Edition)" , and meeting the diagnostic criteria for cor pulmonale as defined in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Cor Pulmonale at the Primary Care Level (2018)" . (2) Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) diagnosis: Meeting the diagnostic criteria for Qi deficiency and phlegm-stasis syndrome as defined in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Traditional Chinese Medicine (2011 Edition)" , and meeting the diagnostic criteria for phlegm-dampness obstructing the lungs syndrome as defined in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Cor Pulmonale with Traditional Chinese Medicine (2014 Edition)" . (3) Age range: 35 years = age = 65 years. (4) Cardiac function classification: = Class II (New York Heart Association functional classification). (5) Willing to participate in this study, signing informed consent, and able to cooperate with treatment and various indicator tests.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe liver or kidney dysfunction, autoimmune diseases, or hematological diseases. (2) Patients allergic to Bailin capsules, ipratropium bromide, or their excipients used in this study. (3) Patients with other lung diseases, such as tuberculosis, lung cancer, bronchial asthma, interstitial lung disease, etc. (4) Patients with mental illness, cognitive impairment, or communication difficulties who cannot cooperate with treatment and follow-up. (5) Patients with a clear history of cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, such as myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, etc. (6) Patients who have participated in other clinical studies within the past 3 months. (7) Pregnant or lactating women.
