Intervention group:In addition to usual care, participants complete six sessions of Structured Creative Arts Therapy (SCAT) within three weeks of hospitalization-group format, 6–8 participants per ses
Control group:Routine pharmacotherapy, nursing care, and early rehabilitation for acute cerebral infarction

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Admitted to the Department of Neurology, Dongguan Eastern Central Hospital, between 2025-07-01 and 2026-07-31; (2) Discharge diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction with lesion in the left/right temporal, frontal, parietal lobe or subcortical area; (3) First-ever stroke, no previous neurological or psychiatric disorders; (4) No drug/alcohol abuse, no hearing impairment; (5) Right-handed, aged 18–75, understands Mandarin, able to cooperate, and provides written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria during the study: transfer to another department, rapid clinical deterioration, or death.
