Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for diabetic lower limb ischemia. (2) Meet the diagnostic criteria for the TCM syndrome (pattern of qi stagnation and collateral stasis). (3) Age between 40 and 75 years. (4) Patients or their family members voluntarily accept the treatment and sign an informed consent form before enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with lower limb ulcers or gangrene complicated by infection. (2) Patients combined with other ischemic diseases such as thromboangiitis obliterans, Takayasu's arteritis, Raynaud's disease, or cold injury vasculopathy. (3) Patients combined with severe neuropathy caused by diabetes. (4) Patients with severe primary diseases or tumors affecting the cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic, renal, or hematopoietic systems. (5) Pregnant or lactating patients. (6) During the course of the study, the patient also took other traditional Chinese medicines with the effects of regulating qi and promoting blood circulation.
