18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18~75 years old (including 18 years old and 75 years old), male and female are not limited; 2. Diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus; 3. Diagnosed with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy by fundus examination (e.g. fundus photography, etc.) and or related examinations; 4. Compound Danshen Dropping Pills for =1 month, prescribed by a clinician; 5.Voluntarily sign an informed consent form and be willing and able to comply with the requirements of this real-world study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with proliferative diabetic retinopathy in one or both eyes; 2. Have received retinal photocoagulation or are undergoing laser photocoagulation; 3. Have other eye diseases, including glaucoma, and cataracts that interfere with fundus examination; 4. Have undergone cataract surgery within the last 3 months; 5. Have non-diabetic retinopathy, uveitis, retinal detachment, optic nerve disease or high myopia 6. Suffering from serious cardiovascular, hepatic, renal or haematopoietic diseases, mental illness and other serious medical conditions; 7. Suffering from diabetic nephropathy with renal failure; 8. Pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding; 9. Allergy to Compound Danshen Dropping Pills or the combination of drugs; 10. Having diabetes-related acute complications within the past six months, such as diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA), hyperosmolar hyperglycaemic syndrome (HHS), lactic acidosis, etc. 11. Acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases within six months, such as acute myocardial infarction, acute cerebral infarction and cerebral haemorrhage. 12. Other conditions that the investigator considers unsuitable for inclusion in the study.
