Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke and swallowing disorders; 2. Age between 30-75 years old, right-handed; 3. The course of the disease ranges from 2 weeks to 6 months; 4. National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score 1-15 points; 5. MMSE>24,Intact cognitive function, able to cooperate in completing relevant assessments and examinations; 6. The classification of water swallow test is III-V, and the patient has not received massage treatment within 6 months; 7. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney diseases; 2. Suffering from mental illness; 3. During pregnancy or lactation; 4. Patients with true spherical paralysis caused by brainstem encephalitis, motor neuron disease, multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, hydrocele, etc; 5. Patients with skin damage at the operating site; 6. Patients who participate in other studies at the same time may affect the results of this study.
