Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) According to the diagnostic criteria for herpes zoster in the fourth edition of "Chinese Dermatology and Venereology", it was confirmed as acute herpes zoster based on clinical manifestations and virological tests. 2) Age range: 18 - 75 years old. 3) The time from the appearance of the rash to enrollment is no more than 5 days. 4) Voluntary participation in this study, complete clinical data, and willingness to follow the treatment plan and the requirements for follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those with acquired or primary immunodeficiency diseases, including those with HIV infection or organ transplant recipients; 2) Those who have used glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants within the last 3 months; 3) Those with severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, liver or kidney dysfunction, or mental disorders; 4) Those with extensive acute skin damage (such as burns), systemic infections, or skin diseases prone to infection; 5) Pregnant or lactating women; 6) Those with a history of allergic reactions or severe adverse reactions related to acupuncture or cupping therapy; 7) Those currently participating in other concurrent clinical intervention trials.
