Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria for post-stroke cognitive impairment; (2) Age 40-75 years old, gender and education are not limited; (3) First onset, the course of the disease is 2 weeks to 6 months; (4) The condition is stable, the mind is clear, and the compliance is good; (5) Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) score <26; (6) Informed and voluntary participation in this clinical trial, and the informed consent form for the clinical trial shall be signed by the person or his guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe cognitive impairment with a MoCA score of Hamilton or Hamilton Patients with severe anxiety with a score of > 28 on the Erton Anxiety Scale (HAMA); (3) Those who have cognitive impairment, depression, anxiety, and sleep disorders before the stroke event; (4) Cognitive impairment caused by congenital developmental abnormalities, or cognitive impairment caused by other diseases (such as Alzheimer's disease, traumatic brain injury, etc.); (5) Those who have other serious heart, liver, brain, kidney, digestive system, circulatory system and other diseases, or have serious systemic infections and tumors; (6) Those with severe mental illness, metabolic disease, or visual and auditory impairment; (7) Those who have taken drugs to improve cognitive impairment, anxiety, depression, and sleep disorders in the past 3 months or have received treatment in this area.
