Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the Western medicine diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis (Kellgren Lavrance II-III grade). 2. It conforms to the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of "cold dampness obstruction type". 3. Age range: 35-75 years old, male or female not limited. 4. Voluntarily participate and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are not of the cold dampness obstruction type or have obvious mixed syndromes. 2. Those who have received knee joint injection or strong painkillers in the past 3 months and cannot stop using them. 3. Serious heart, liver, kidney and other systemic diseases or malignant tumors. 4. Pregnant and lactating women. 5. Those who are allergic to ginger, mugwort, or moxibustion drugs.
