Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Possess a valid nursing license; 2) Have at least 2 years of experience working in the RICU; 3) Have experience turning critically ill patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Rotating, intern, and advanced practice nurses; 2) Nurses absent due to illness, maternity leave, personal leave, etc. The sample size is determined by data saturation and the absence of new themes.
