Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnostic Criteria (1): diagnostic criteria: Refer to "Obstetrics and Gynecology" (9th edition). Patients experience lower abdominal pain, distension, lumbago, or other discomfort before or during menstruation, significantly affecting quality of life. Gynecological examination shows no abnormalities. (2): Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnostic criteria: Refer to "Traditional Chinese Medicine Gynecology" and "Guidelines for Clinical Research of NewDrugs (Trial)". Main symptoms include lower abdominal distension or stabbing pain before or during menstruation. Secondary symptoms include dark purple menstrual blood with clots, scanty flow, dysmenorrhea, breast distension, and chest oppression. Tongue features include a purple tongue with ecchymoses, thin white coating, and a taut pulse. Main symptoms are essential, and at least two secondary symptoms must be present, along with tongue and pulse findings, for diagnosis. 2. Age: 18-35 years old. 3. VAS Score: =4 points. 4. Menstrual History: Regular menstrual cycle, 28±7 days. 5. Treatment History: No similar medication use in the past three months. 6. Informed Consent: Voluntary participation and signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Organic Lesions: Secondary dysmenorrhea caused by organic lesions such as endometriosis, uterine fibroids, and ovarian lesions. 2. Other Trial Participation: Currently participating in other clinical trials. 3. Cognitive Impairment: Severe cognitive impairment or the patient's subjective unwillingness to cooperate. 4. Severe Illness: Concomitant severe cardiovascular, liver, and kidney system diseases.
