Interventions
Acupuncture group:Oral administration of Celecoxib capsules 0.2g once daily (qd) for 1 week, combined with acupuncture therapy.
Western Medicine Group:Oral Celecoxib Capsules 0.2g once daily for 1 week.
Sham acupuncture group:Orally take Celecoxib capsules 0.2g once daily for 1 week, in combination with sham acupuncture therapy.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients early to mid-stage knee osteoarthritis: (1) aged 50-75 years; (2) pain duration >1 month; (3) X-ray KL grading I-II or MRI indicating cartilage damage classified as Recht 0-II; (4) no prior treatment within the month preceding enrollment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe primary diseases of the cardiovascular, renal, hepatic, and hematopoietic systems; (2) Patients who cannot tolerate acupuncture treatment; (3) Patients who have received intra-articular injections (such as glucocorticoids, platelet-rich plasma, etc.), acupuncture, or physical therapy within the past month; (4) Patients with rheumatoid arthritis or other systemic, autoimmune, or rheumatic diseases, neuropathic pain; secondary KOA; allergic dermatitis, ulcers, or infections; (5) Patients with intellectual or behavioral impairments that prevent them from completing clinical observations; (6) Patients deemed likely to be lost to follow-up based on the investigator's judgment, such as those with frequently changing work environments or unstable living conditions; (7) Patients who have undergone knee surgery in the past; (8) Pregnant and breastfeeding patients.
