Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Be able to communicate well with researchers and comply with the test requirements Provide written informed consent Aged 18 - 45 years old Pregnant women: Primiparas with singleton pregnancy Pregnant women: Gestational age = 13+6 weeks Non-pregnant women: Meet the 2003 Rotterdam diagnostic criteria for PCOS Non-pregnant women: Non-pregnant at screening and with no recent pregnancy plans No regular qigong practice history within the past 6 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Has participated in qigong training or other mind-body interventions within the past 6 months Complicated with severe underlying diseases (severe endocrine diseases, severe cardiovascular diseases, severe hepatorenal dysfunction, active autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, etc.) or a history of major mental disorders Has absolute contraindications to exercise Is currently participating in other relevant clinical trials Other circumstances that the researcher deems may affect the safety or compliance of participation Pregnant women: currently having signs/symptoms of threatened abortion or receiving relevant treatment Pregnant women: having cervical insufficiency or a history of cervical cerclage during the current pregnancy, or other diseases that prohibit physical activity or vaginal delivery Pregnant women: having known chromosomal or genetic abnormalities in either the parents or the fetus Pregnant women: long-term use of drugs known to significantly affect glucose metabolism or body weight during pregnancy Regularly engaging in stress-reduction exercises involving mindfulness components (including meditation or yoga more than twice a week) Plans to move out of the research area before the completion of follow-up Non-pregnant women: being pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to conceive within the 6-month intervention period Non-pregnant women: having genetic diseases that affect telomere length (e.g., dyskeratosis congenita) Non-pregnant women: using drugs or other psychological therapies known to affect telomere length Has undergone major surgery within the past 3 months
