20 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria for the disease, with the diagnosis of ED occurring after obesity;(2) Aged 20-60 years old, with an IIEF-5 score between 5-21 and a disease duration of =3 months;(3) BMI =24 kg/m²;(4) No abnormal blood glucose or lipid levels in the past;(5) No treatment related to this disease received within one month;(6) Having a fixed sexual partner;(7) Willing to cooperate with the study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with obvious organic damage;(2) Patients with abnormal blood glucose or lipid levels;(3) Secondary obesity (obesity caused by endocrine disorders, medications, etc.);(4) Patients who are unable to undergo acupoint catgut embedding due to severe needle phobia, coagulation disorders, or other reasons;(5) Patients with hypotension or uncontrolled hypertension;(6) Erectile dysfunction caused by hormonal or neurological factors;(7) Patients allergic to the catgut used in acupoint catgut embedding in this study;(8) Patients with complicated severe cardio-cerebrovascular diseases, other liver, kidney, hematological diseases, or mental illnesses;(9) Patients currently participating in other clinical trials.
