Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for primary open-angle glaucoma and optic nerve atrophy; 2. After taking the medication, the intraocular pressure should be controlled within 21 MMHG. 3. Corrected visual acuity of both eyes =0.2; 4. The MD value of the visual field is =-15dB; 5. Gender is not limited. Age: 18-65 years old. 6. Voluntarily joined the trial with good compliance and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those with other eye diseases that affect visual function, such as grade III or above cataracts, retinopathy, macular degeneration, etc. 2. Underwent eye surgery within the last 6 months; 3. Those with severe systemic diseases (such as diabetes, severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases) and mental disorders; 4. Those who cannot cooperate with relevant ophthalmic examinations; 5. Those with thrombocytopenia, skin damage, ulcers, infections or scars at acupoints; 6. Women who are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding during the trial period; 7. Subjects who are currently participating in other research projects.
