Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Retrospective inclusion of DCM patients: Inclusion criteria: DCM patients: 1 Age 18-80 years; 2) Confirmed diagnosis of DCM, verified by coronary angiography and left ventriculography, excluding coronary artery atherosclerotic heart disease (CAD), arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy, valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, and other types of cardiomyopathy. 2. Prospective inclusion of DCM patients: Inclusion criteria: DCM patients: 1) Age 18-80 years; 2) Confirmed diagnosis of DCM, verified by coronary angiography and left ventriculography, excluding coronary artery atherosclerotic heart disease (CAD), arrhythmogenic cardiomyopathy, valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, and other types of cardiomyopathy. 3) Voluntarily signed an informed consent form to agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Retrospectively enrolled DCM patients: Exclusion criteria: those with incomplete key information. 2. Prospectively enrolled DCM patients: Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe COPD, pulmonary heart disease, or respiratory failure; severe hematological disorders; 3) Malignant tumor patients or organ transplant recipients; 4) Patients with major psychiatric disorders or significant cognitive impairments; 5) Patients deemed unsuitable to participate in this study by the investigators.
