Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age between 18 and 80 years old 2) Having undergone low anterior resection of the rectum or had temporary stoma closed, and meeting the LARS diagnostic criteria proposed in the international LARS expert consensus 3) No defecatory dysfunction detected preoperatively 4) Having signed the informed consent form, possessing good communication skills, and being willing to actively participate in the intervention program and complete the questionnaires
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Combined with resection of other organs such as uterine appendages 2) Reoperation due to anastomotic leakage, intestinal obstruction or other reasons at any time after surgery 3) History of irritable bowel syndrome or other diseases that may affect intestinal function 4) Taking drugs that may significantly affect intestinal function 5) Patients with local skin abnormalities or severe coagulation disorders are not suitable for acupuncture treatment
