Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.In 2019, the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and the Cerebrovascular Disease Group of the Neurology Branch of the Chinese ;Medical Association jointly released the "Diagnostic Key Points for Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019", which outlines the diagnostic criteria for stroke;The diagnostic criteria in "Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine" published by China Traditional Chinese Medicine Press and the diagnostic criteria in the consensus of the Chinese Swallowing Disorder Rehabilitation Evaluation and Treatment Expert Group (2017 edition). 2. Age range of 40-75 years old, with normal swallowing function before the onset of the disease and no obvious visual or auditory impairments; 3. First time, unilateral onset, confirmed by head CT or MRI as stroke, with a course of 2-6 months; 4. VFSS testing showed that during the pharyngeal phase, there was insufficient upward movement of the larynx and varying degrees of leakage and aspiration due to delayed reversal of the epiglottis; 5. The score of the Simple Intelligent Mental State Examination Scale is = 21 points; 6. Patients give informed consent to undergo observation in this clinical trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other pharyngeal or esophageal diseases affecting swallowing; 2. Individuals with severe respiratory and circulatory system diseases; 3. Those who do not tolerate acupuncture or floating needle treatment; 4. Individuals with pacemakers.
