Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.2.2.1 Diagnostic Criteria of Traditional Chinese Medicine Refer to the diagnostic and therapeutic standards for "stroke" and "impotence" in the Chinese traditional medicine industry standard "Diagnostic and Therapeutic Efficacy Standards for Internal Diseases of Traditional Chinese Medicine" (ZY/T001.1-94). 1.2.2.2 Diagnostic criteria of Western medicine Referring to the diagnostic criteria for cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction developed and recommended by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association and the Cerebrovascular Disease Group of the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, and confirmed by head CT or MRI examination. (1) First time stroke patients who meet the above diagnostic criteria exhibit unilateral hemiplegia as a manifestation of motor dysfunction; (2) The disease course is within 2 weeks to 6 months, with upper and lower limb Brunnstrom stage = IV, and hand Brunnstrom stage = III; (3) No gender restrictions, aged between 18 and 75 years old; (4) Standing balance = level 2, the patient is able to stand still alone for at least 15 minutes; (5) Clear consciousness, no loss of use, recognition or sensory aphasia, MMSE score = 24, able to understand training content, good compliance with evaluation and observation; (6) The patient or family member is aware of and signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with unstable vital signs or conditions; (2) Severe sensory dysfunction and extensive brain death; (3) Serious bone and joint diseases or diseases that may affect the patient's motor function after joint replacement surgery: (4) Individuals with persistent or recurrent dizziness, vestibular dysfunction, or other diseases that affect balance and the safety of exercise training.
