35 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged between 35 and 65 years old (2)The clinical diagnosis is III/IV stage periodontitis (3)Patiens with kidney yang deficiency syndrome

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Received nonsurgical periodontal therapy within 3 months (2) Used antibiotics within the last month (3) Those with a history of diabetes and poor blood glucose control (glycated hemoglobin > 7.5%) (4) Those who smoke more than 10 cigarettes per day (5) Those with severe diseases such as heart, lung, hematopoietic system disorders, immune dysfunction, pregnancy, lactation period, or a history of surgery within 3 months
