Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Ages between 18 and 80 years old, regardless of gender; 2. Meet the New York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function classification, including grades II-IV; Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF); 3. Conform to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome differentiation as Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome; 4. Willing to cooperate with treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with severe primary diseases in other systems such as hematopoietic system; hyperthyroidism, severe anemia, and pulmonary heart disease; 2. Individuals with allergic constitution, allergic to multiple foods, drugs, and metals; 3. Patients during pregnancy and lactation; 4. Patients with intellectual disabilities and mental disorders, or with language barriers unable to cooperate; 5. Patients who used other traditional Chinese medicine preparations during treatment, affecting efficacy evaluation; 6. Patients who did not complete the treatment course due to intolerance or other personal reasons.
