Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 65 years or older; 2.Having a confirmed diagnosis of dementia; 3.Regularly attending a dementia day-care center from Monday to Friday during the study period, or residing in a dementia-specific care unit; 4.Able to communicate verbally and participate in group activities; 5.Willing to participate in the activities, with both the participant and family member (or legal representative) able to provide written informed consent; 6.Able to complete the questionnaire independently or with assistance from others.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refusal to participate in the intervention sessions, including drawing activities or group activities; 2.Absence from more than one-third of the total sessions (i.e., more than four classes); 3.Presence of impairment in any of the following: hand function, hearing, or vision.
