Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 14 and 85 years; (2) Meeting the diagnostic criteria of the "Chinese Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Asthenopia (2024)"; (3) Astigmatism =1.0D; (4) Completion of cycloplegic refraction for =1 month; (5) Asthenopia induced by prolonged near work; (6) Voluntary participation in the trial with compliance to follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Those with corrected vision less than 1.0; (2) Those suffering from visual fatigue due to non-close-range work; (3) Those with severe mental or psychological disorders; (4) Those unable to establish binocular visual function; (5) Those with myopia progression of more than 1.5D per year; (6) Those with glaucoma acute conjunctivitis and other infectious eye diseases. (7) Those with local skin damage; (8) Pregnant women or lactating women.
