Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet diagnostic criteria for ankylosing spondylitis; Voluntarily participate in the study; Age =18 and =60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Unwillingness to sign the written informed consent form;2) Patients with advanced spinal curvature and deformity, severe malformation, or disability;3) Concurrent participation in other clinical trials;4) Lactating women, pregnant women, and postmenopausal women;5) Patients with severe concurrent primary organ dysfunction (such as heart, liver, or kidney dysfunction) or other conditions that may interfere with follow-up evaluation; patients with a history of vertebral fracture before enrollment;6) Patients deemed unsuitable for Du Meridian moxibustion by physicians, such as those with severe dermatitis, skin lesions on the lumbodorsal region, or TCM syndrome differentiation of damp-heat, yin deficiency, etc.
