Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for Treatment and Control Groups: Age 20-40 years; Meet diagnostic criteria for infertility, PCOS, and TCM phlegm-dampness syndrome; Normal semen analysis in male partners; Signed informed consent. Inclusion Criteria for Normal Control Group: Age 20-40 years; Meet infertility diagnostic criteria; Partner with oligoasthenospermia; Failed =2 cycles of intrauterine insemination (IUI).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: Premature ovarian failure, POI, endometriosis, hyperprolactinemia, or other infertility-related diseases; Reproductive system malformations or systemic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hyperthyroidism, heart disease); Severe mental illness, STDs, or chromosomal abnormalities; Acute reproductive infections or exposure to teratogenic agents/radiation; History of recurrent miscarriage.
