Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Those who voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent for this subject; Female patients aged between 18 and 65; (3) Those who voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent for this project; (4) Patients who have not received any treatment for CFS in the past 4 weeks; (5) Those who can understand the content of the self-assessment scale.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Does not meet the diagnostic criteria and exclusion criteria; (2) Chronic fatigue that can be explained by primary pathology; (3) Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, as well as those planning to become pregnant within the next three months; (4) Patients with severe primary diseases, infectious diseases, mental illnesses, etc. in various systems that cannot be treated; (5) Those with other major diseases, such as severe damage to the heart, lungs, liver or kidneys, or patients with mental disorders (6) Patients with a tendency to bleed or related diseases; (7) Severely obese individuals (BMI index > 45); (8) Patients with bad habits such as smoking and heavy drinking from two years before the onset of the disease to the time of participating in the study; (9) There has been a history of trauma, fever and allergy within the past two weeks. (10) Those with severe ulcers and rashes on the back skin; (11) Those who are not suitable for back massage and patients who do not cooperate with the treatment at all.
