Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria for AIS Subjects: (1) Aged =10 and =16 years, any gender, right-handed; (2) Meets Western diagnostic criteria for Adolescent Idiopathic Scoliosis (AIS); (3) Cobb angle =10° and =35°; (4) Risser sign = grade 3; (5) Understands, agrees to participate in this study, and signs the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria for AIS Subjects: (1) Severe progression of scoliosis affecting cardiopulmonary function, requiring immediate surgical correction, or rapidly progressing condition unsuitable for continued conservative treatment; (2) Congenital spinal deformities, or conditions such as tumors, tuberculosis, fractures that cannot tolerate spinal stress therapy; (3) History of spinal corrective surgery; (4) Comorbid severe primary diseases including hepatic/renal, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, rheumatic, or neuromuscular disorders; (5) Skin diseases or skin ulcerations interfering with examination procedures; (6) Patients with psychiatric disorders, psychological impairments, or poor clinical compliance.
