Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) College students aged 17-27 years; (2) Good physical and mental condition; (3) Right-handed; (4) Voluntary participation with signed Informed Consent Form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those intolerant to moderate/high-intensity exercise; (2) Individuals with prior training in Shaolin Neigong or palm rubbing techniques; (3) Patients with mental disorders; (4) Participants in other clinical trials that may affect study outcome evaluation.
