Auricular pressure point group:Acupoint selection:Xin (CO15) , Pi (CO13), Shen (CO10), Pizhixia (AT4), Shenmen (TF4), and Jiaogan (AH6a)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age = 18 years; 2) Diagnosed with ESRD according to the Chinese Guidelines for Screening, Diagnosis, and Prevention of Chronic Kidney Disease (2017 Edition), having undergone regular hemodialysis treatment for = 3 months, with at least 3 regular dialysis sessions per week, each lasting = 4 hours; 3) Chronic Disease Management Functional Assessment Fatigue Scale score = 43 points; 4) Alert and oriented, with normal communication and cognitive abilities; 5) All subjects provide written informed consent based on full understanding, with participation confirmed through an autonomous decision-making process.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Individuals with severe cardiovascular disease, active bleeding, malignant tumors, or major organ dysfunction; 2) Those with skin lesions or allergies on the auricle or acupuncture point sites; 3) Participants taking psychiatric medications during the study period;
