Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Professionals Professionals engaged in acupuncture, massage, and physical therapy, who possess the corresponding qualifications and have at least 5 years of professional experience, and see at least 5 patients with low back pain per week. (2) CBP Patients Participants who meet the diagnosis of chronic low back pain, are =18 years old, of any gender, seek treatment from the participating physician during their first visit, have a pain NRS score of =4 points, and are judged by the physician to be treatable for low back pain through acupuncture, massage, or physical therapy. The broad inclusion criteria will best reflect the clinical situation and ensure that our cohort is representative of CBP patients treated by physical therapists, massage doctors, and acupuncturists, highlighting the wide representativeness of the outcomes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The patient is unable to complete the questionnaire independently; patients for whom doctors deem acupuncture and moxibustion, or physical therapy, unsuitable for treating their condition (such as fractures, inflammatory arthritis, malignant tumors, infections, metabolic diseases, or other systemic causes of low back pain, etc.).
